When will I receive my order?

We will pack and begin shipping within 24 hours of receiving your order and the delivery times will be subject to the express courier’s schedule. Depending on your location expect delivery between 2-5 days.

I have a large number of gifts and would like to get them wrapped and arranged, can you help me?

Can I return / exchange the items I purchased?

MASKA has a NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND policy. Once goods are sold they cannot be exchanged on returned for refund.

Payment options

Payment is accepted via all major credit cards for all shipment, international and  domestic. The Cash On Delivery option is available for inside the UAE only.

Can I wash my Fabric Wraps?

Yes you can. Please dry clean.

I’m interested in ordering a large number of items, can I get a discount?

At MASKA we have a NO DISCOUNT policy. However, we do offer corporate rates for larger quantities. Please email us on info@maskawraps.com with your request and we will inform you if you are eligible for a corporate discount.

I want a large number of items and you don’t have enough stock online, can I make an order?

We may have additional stock at our other stores, which we will be happy to source for you (at no additional cost). Please send us an email with your requirements on info@maskawraps.com and we will let you know if the quantity you require is available.

My product is defected. How can I return it?

All our items are checked for quality before shipment. We apologize for any product that is unsatisfactory, and we will replace or refund the cost of any product that does not meet our quality standards. If you receive an item you believe to be defective, please contact MASKA on info@maskawraps.com within 7 (seven) days of receiving the item.

Kindly list the following in your email:

  • Describe the problem / issue / defect (please attach photograph)
  • Mention the date the item was received

The MASKA team will respond within 48 hours to advise if you are eligible for an exchange or refund and will process the order accordingly.
