All our items are checked for quality before shipment. We apologize for any product that is unsatisfactory, and we will replace the product that does not meet our quality standards. If you receive an item you believe to be defective, please contact MASKA on info@maskawraps.com within 7 (seven) days of receiving the item if you are eligible for an exchange, it will be checked, processed and exchanged accordingly. Kindly list the following in your email:

  • Describe the problem / issue / defect (please attach photograph)
  • Mention the date the item was received

The MASKA team will respond within 48 hours to advise if you are eligible for an exchange or refund and will process the order accordingly.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

Our product portfolio may have limited quantities. If an item is returned for replacement and we do not have the same item available, an alternative will be offered. If no alternative is available or acceptable, a refund (see Return/Refund Policy below) will be provided.
