MAKSA disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of your credit card, debit card, or any other financial account information that you use on the MASKA Site.

MASKA shall not be responsible or liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any product or service.

Occasionally, MASKA may invite you to join conversations or write testimonials. Be aware that no social media conversations are private; therefore you must take caution when posting personally identifiable information about you or your family. Furthermore, you agree to not violate any third parties, and you must not include any profanity, pornographic, threatening nor defamatory unlawful material. MASKA disclaims all liability to what is said by Users of the MASKA Site and any actions taken due to participation on MASKA forums. Some Site moderators and hosts may not accurately reflect the ethics of MASKA.
